Lagoons 125th Birthday Cake

I was asked by Lagoon to participate in a contest to design there

125 Birthday Cake!!! The contest was yesterday and......

I WON!!!!!!!! It was so much fun to make! I have to

thank My Awesome husband James for helping

build the stand and My Awesome friend
Jodi for helping me so much with this!!!

    You are so talented, I seriously love everything you make. Congrats.

    FYI-I was so sad I didn't have part of my cake to eat the other day on our one year anniversary. Not only was it the prettiest cake ever, but it tasted amazing!

    I have only dreamed of cakes this beautiful! I would love to learn how to do this sometime. I have lamely tried to do cute cakes for my kids' birthdays throughout the years, but they always end up looking ridiculous, hehe. (Fondant has not been my friend.)
